Only the account holder verified using national ID can withdraw or transfer money from a bank account. Details on the national ID must match the account details and physical description of the person.
Sending or Depositing money
Deposting (sending) money can be done by anyone. You are not required to be the account holder in order to send or deposit oney into that account.

Only bank related transactions are charged an interest rate of 1.5% only and it is the same for all banks
